How long is the training course?
It has been designed to be completed by 1 Week depending on past experience and personal capabilities / competence.

Course assessment: For  Award in Education & Training : No formal examination is required for this course, but at the end of the course you need to submit portfolio. For Level 3: Conflict Management Courses there will be an examination. Culminating in a 40 question multiple-choice test, If you have a busy life style, you also can spread out this course in two weeks or more to meet your personal commitment.

Documents required from you: You will be required to bring Identification documents such as Passport or drivers licence and proof of address utility bill or bank statement etc along with 1 passport size photographs.
