If you have a query, or are interested in receiving training in your centre or work place, please complete our customer query form and a member of the team will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements.

Step 1.To create an account, simply head to the Login page and Select sign up or sign up with a social network. Fill in all of the required information and click on submit.
2. On clicking Submit, You will see - Success! You have been registered successfully! Please verify your email to activate securematics Training account!
3. Check your email,you will receive an email activation link in your inbox. Please always check your Bulk mail or junk folder. It can take up to 2 hours for you to receive this email. Once your email is verified successfully, your account is ready to use.
4. You can Log into your account by using your email address and password. Or your social media account.
5. Once Logged in, Click on Edit Profile and Additional Information to update all your personal information as required.
Step 6.1: Select the course you would like to attend from the list of courses on the homepage.
You can browse our upcoming courses on our courses pages. Make your selection by choosing the subject area (course group) and course that you are looking for.
Once you have found the course you would like to attend, you can review the following course Overview, Course content, Course Dates, Pricing and Discounts
Step 6.2: Click on Course Dates, Select Branch where you would like to attend the course and you will see the list of available batches and date for training
Step 6.3: click on ˜Book now to be directed to the course booking pages.
Step 6.4: Select Number of Seats Default is one For group bookings Go to step 6.5, Otherwise go to step 6.7.
Step 6.5: Group Bookings- Enter the No. of Seats Note that an account most be have been created for individual learner before group booking can be made.
Step 6.6: Enter individual Student Email Id(s) for all the learners for the group booking
Step 6.7: Enter your coupon code if you have one
Step 6.8: Click next to proceed to checkout
Step 6.9: Enter or Update Billing Address and Contact Details .Make sure you fill in all the required information.
Step 6.10: Check the Box to Accept Our Terms and Condition- Please make sure you familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
Step 6.11: Click Payment by PayPal orDebit /Credit Card-Account
Step 6.12: If you are paying by PayPal Please Log In to PayPal using your PayPal user name and password.
Step 6.13: If you are paying by Debit /Credit Card- Enter your correct card details and click PAY NOW
Step 6.14: Continue this process until you reach the confirmation page where you can print your receipt.
Step 6.15: You will receive a booking confirmation via email from us as soon as your booking is confirmed.
